Warranty and Returns for Clarisonic products

Warranty

At Clarisonic^® we believe very strongly in product quality and in our quality assurance processes. Every unit is subjected to rigorous inspection and test procedures to ensure it meets our exacting specifications. Defective product is extremely rare. We do, however, examine returned products to help us identify product and/or process improvements.

Every Clarisonic Skin Cleansing System includes a 90-day satisfaction guarantee as well as each Opal Sonic Infusion System.. Both the cleansing and infusion systems come with a warranty covering any manufacturer defect-related problems resulting from everyday use of the product. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from use with a voltage converter. Voltage converters or plug adapters do not guarantee voltage compatibility.

Following are the warranty terms for each Clarisonic model:

Clarisonic Mia®: 1 year
Clarisonic Classic: 2 years
Clarisonic PLUS: 2 years
Clarisonic PRO: 3 years
Clarisonic Opal™: 2 years

Return Information

If you are not satisfied with your Clarisonic^® product from an authorized dealer and would like to return it for a full refund, less shipping (if applicable), please call 1-888-525-2747 for a Return Authorization (RA) request within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product (60 days if product is purchased directly from your skin care professional). You will be provided with a UPS prepaid postage label for the return of your product.

Upon return, credit will be applied back to your original card, if purchased directly from the manufacturer. If original purchase was made from a third party, your credit will be issued via check and will be mailed within 6-8 weeks after receiving returned product. An immediate refund may be available by returning your Clarisonic product to the retailer of your original purchase.

Please note that Clarisonic does not permit the return of or offer refunds for:

Products purchased, new or used, from unauthorized distributors or through unauthorized distribution channels.
Sonic Skin Cleansing Systems purchased more than 30 days prior (60 days if purchased directly from your skin care professional).
Sonic Infusion Systems purchased more than 60 days prior.
Packages missing hardware components.
Products returned without a valid itemized receipt.
Shipping charges.

Products returned without an RA (Return Authorization) number will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. Clarisonic does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product being returned for a refund without an RA number.

Note: Clarisonic recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Clarisonic or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.

The Mia Makes My Skin A-Ma-Zing I recently received a Mia as a gift. I've been plagued with acne my entire life and have been on every antibiotic and topical treatment (including accutane). I've also tried every soap and cleanser known to mankind. Nothing has really worked. And, being pregnant, my skin has actually gotten worse with the surge of hormones. I started using the Mia two weeks ago and it has really cleared up my skin. At first I thought it might be too aggressive-- putting a brush like that on your face can be scary! It has actually helped to reduce acne and smooth the overall look of my skin (less splotchy). It's so easy to use. I use it in the shower once a day, and it only takes 60 seconds.

True Believer. I have only owned and used the Mia for five days yet the improvements in my skin are so remarkable that I am compelled to post a review. First thing first, I am 41 and have had acne prone combination skin since puberty. Over the course of the last year, I have been plagued with enlarged pores; and, since moving to a desert climate, I have also been battling blackheads for the first time in my life. After waffling for about a year as to whether or not purchase a Clarisonic, I finally took the plunge and now I only kick myself that I waited so long. In five days I have noticed smaller, cleaner pores which means that those pesky blackheads have been very nearly obliterated. Pimples are fewer on a whole and those which have popped up disappear within roughly 48 hours. My skin both feels and looks cleaner; it is brighter and seems firmer. My treatment lotions and serums truly seem to work much more efficiently, as well. And, most wondrous of all, my skin is more even with less dry patches and even fewer oily ones.
