To return or exchange an item, email us at info@byivanpetrov.com. We will then issue you an RA number and provide you with shipping instructions. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A FEE for returning or exchanging.

RETURN FEE - If item was shipped free UPS Ground, you will be credited the cost of the item MINUS a $7.00 restocking fee per item.
